View from the balcony. That is whay I booked hotel many times.

There should be more sunbed in pool area. Often customers can't find free place. Also breakfast could have some update, like youghurts, more variety of eggs, ...

Perfect location and sea beach side hotel. Very big. And had lots of facilities

Expected Iron and Iron stand, also instead of a single sofa, it would be great if there was a Big Couch type sofa, as we booked Deluxe Ocean View room.

Nice staff, good breakfast choice, family rooms are a great size.

great location right on beach front road. Staff were very professional and personable. Breakfast buffet had good choices and tasty. great that this is served until a little bit later than usual as gives time for a lie-in on holiday or a chance to go for a swim prior to breakfast. Only used one pool, the lower one, this was in the shade later in the day which helped with coping with heat! Have stayed there 3 times now and will go back. thanks.

Unfortunately we booked at very short notice so there were no family suites available, the normal rooms are compact. Some parts of the rooms were dated but nothing that detracted from a pleasant stay. would definitely recommend a stay here.

Staff were all friendly and pleasant.The location.

Property is now showing its age and the bathroom could do with updating. The breakfast was poor as it’s catering for a large number of guests.

Located just beside the Jometian beach. The hotel lobby, pool, and dining lounge are spacious and decorated. There are shops available around the hotel. Hotel reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. My room was on the lower floor so I didn't see the sea from my room. I am not sure about it. The buffet breakfast menu was good. There are options to choose from. The beach side sunny lawn and pool is also interesting.

In comparison to the hotel exterior the room interior is very poor. Furniture is old. And the room feels like an antique sort of. I will recommend upgrading the room furniture, rugs, fittings etc. The road in front of the hotel is a bit dirty.

The bed was so hard. It literally felt like I was sleeping on a two by four!! No exaggeration. Worst ever!!! I woke each morning with hip and back pain. For this reason alone I won’t be back

Location was good. Pool was good. Massage centre on Level 5 is good. View from balcony overlooking the beach was good.

The meals in the garden restaurant and restaurant overlooking the beach at ground level were ordinary. House-keeping forgot to clean my room twice in 7 days.

Hotel allocated in beautiful place just opposite sea. Easy access to local pubs restaurant's and public transport

Poor maintained place need attention good allocation it is half way to make place good to stay. Check in staff need improvement in French or English. Basic question remains with out answers or sweet smile.

Overall good, but with room for improvement

The breakfast was good with a large choice of dishes. The room was clean, but the decor was starting to looking a little shabby. Excellent view from the balcony.

I would not recommend the main restaurant. I ordered a steak, which was as tough as an old boot. My wife had chicken which she thought was off.

I paid for a 4 star hotel and at best it was only a 3 star hotel. Not worth the additional costs.

Large Hotel. Directly opposite beach. Good Pools. Food was well cooked and I did not become ill from hotel food. The Hotel had late check out. Most staff were excellent.

This was definitely a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. It is outdated and getting old and needs a lot of upkeep and attention. There are not enough lifts with only 3 going to top 38 floor meaning when hotel was busy, lifts were taking a long time. Not enough staff spoke good English. They have no tour pamphlets or a tour desk. They provide no transport to and from Bangkok Airport or the Centre of Pattaya. There are not enough Western Food and drink options. The free internet was of poor standard and often dropped out. Cable TV was of poor standard and often dropped out.
